With already more than two decades of my professional life dedicated to Oracle, I have personally witnessed the evolution of our company and workplace.

As a seasoned sales representative, I have developed a deep understanding of the personal and professional challenges faced by our colleagues on the front lines.

While at the same time recognizing the continuous need for advocating fair treatment, equitable policies and a supportive work environment for all employees, of all ages.

Via open communication channels, effectively addressing employee concerns and constructive collaboration with management, our collective interests can be upheld.

I am therefore a candidate for my first ACV Puls term, hopefully enriched by encountering and representing fascinating people along the way.
