Philippe Vanhaesendonck
I’ve started my journey with Oracle back in ’91 as Support Engineer, embracing diverse roles across Support Services and Product Development. I have witnessed Oracle Belgium’s transformation from a local entity to an integral part of a global company. During my tenure as Customer Support Country Leader, I had the privilege to be part of the Country Management Committee and could witness the positive influence of the employee representatives within the Works Council. I have been particularly impressed by the ACV Puls team during the negotiation of the Collective Bargain Agreement (CAO/CCT) which is still in place today. Motivated by this, I subsequently joined the ACV Puls team to foster continued constructive dialogue with the Management Committee.
Improving the well-being of employees as well as the quality of the work environment, whether within the Oracle offices or in the realm of remote work, are subjects I really care about.
I welcome the opportunity to engage with you on matters pertaining to the role of the Works Council at Oracle, or any related topic of interest. Feel free to reach out; I’m here to listen and discuss.
