Here are already a few new proposals from colleagues for which we want to fight for:

• Stock option plan possible for everyone
• Good life/work balance
• Less work stress
• Enjoyable workplace with space for hard work alternated with fun moments (our team will put effort in organizing more activities during lunch/after work)
